After some speculations, Warriors defender Teenage Hadebe has finally completed his move to Major League Soccer (MLS) side FC Cincinnati.

The move marks Hadebe’s return to MLS after parting ways with Houston Dynamo in December last year before joining Turkish side Konyaspor in February this year for a five months contract which expired in June.

The 28-year-old defender is set to join his new club during the second week of September after the coming FIFA international Break as he is part of the Warriors squad to play the coming AFCON Qualifiers.

“We would like to welcome Teenage and his family to Cincinnati.

“His MLS and international exprience, as well as his skillset and defensive quality, will make him strong addition to our group.

“We are excited to have him join the club,” said FC Cincinnati General Manager Chris Albright.

Hadebe has signed a contract with Cincinnati which will see him till the end of 2025 with an option to extend to 2026. — NewZimbabwe
