Mike Makaab
JOHANNESBURG. – Agent Mike Makaab has cleared the air over Admire Dzvukamanja’s move to SuperSport United.
His former club, Orlando Pirates, have accused the Zimbabwean forward of deceiving them.
However, Makaab said:
“One thing that we weren’t interested in doing is to offer Terrence to other football clubs.
“Terrence had a lot of personal problems, and hopefully those personal problems we can resolve.
“Once it became clear that he wasn’t gonna go back to Orlando Pirates, and this was only just recently, hey, then we re-engaged with SuperSport United in the last 48 hours, and they expressed an interest.
“Yes, absolutely, they are in the process of finalising the deal, we hope that everything can be sorted within the next 48-72 hours.
“The best thing is to leave it as is and focus our energies on the way forward for Terrence. I am extremely grateful to the chairman and football club for what they have done for Terrence.
“Also, in allowing him to move on. I’m not sure another football club will be that accommodating. Again, grateful to the chairman for his sensitivities to the issues on hand.” – FARPost
