Award-winning musician Jah Prayzah will this weekend conclude his “Ndini Mukudzeyi World Tour” with a show in Harare, marking the final stop of a journey that has taken him across South Africa, Canada, and Germany.
The tour began in May, following the Harare launch of his album Ndini Mukudzeyi. Since then, Jah Prayzah has played to packed venues, including the Ellis Park Arena in Johannesburg, where fans filled the arena to capacity.
The strong turnout throughout the tour mirrors the reception of the album itself, which has been praised by many for its cohesive production and standout tracks such as the fan-favourite Ruzhowa. Other tracks contained in the album are Ndini Mukudzeyi, Necessary, Shuga, Kwaunobva, Kuno, Ibvo, Manja, Mibvunzo, Hubaba, Chiramu, Chiringiro, Sori and Moto
Ahead of the Harare finale on Saturday, early-bird General Access and Advance VIP tickets sold out within weeks, signalling another full house for the star. The show follows his recent Elegant Ensemble event in the capital, which also drew an impressive crowd.
However, fans in Bulawayo may need to wait a little longer to see Jah Prayzah on stage, as no local date for the city has been announced. – BMetro
