TWO Domboshava men were yesterday arraigned before the courts facing 11 counts of theft.

Kenius Chiwira (46) and Pindanai Moyana (19) appeared before Harare magistrate Yeukai Dzuda on 11 counts of theft amounting to $769 000.

They were remanded in custody to March 14 for bail hearing.

Allegations were that since last year, the accused have been stealing vehicle parts and batteries from parked cars.

On March 9 this year police detectives received information that the accused were selling car batteries and coils for US$200.  Investigations were made, leading to the arrest of the pair.
